Meals
How long will my meals last in the fridge?
All Savvy Meals are delivered fresh using our sealing method. Meals will last up to 7 days from the date of delivery. You can find the use-by date on the back of each container.
Alternatively, meals can be frozen for up to 2 months.
Can I customise my meals?
No. To maintain the highest standards of quality control and food safety, Savvy Meals cannot make modifications to meals at this stage.
Do your meals have preservatives in them?
No. All Savvy Meals are prepared and cooked without preservatives.
What oil do we cook with?
Savvy Meals only uses extra virgin olive oil. No seed oils are used.
Do you have gluten-free meals?
Yes! Meals that are gluten free are clearly labelled with a GF tag.
Please note that although these meals do not contain gluten ingredients, they may contain traces of gluten as they are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten products.
If you need more information, please contact us.
How do the meals stay fresh?
Savvy Meals sources only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Meals are sealed using a state-of-the-art sealing machine, which helps keep the food fresh and delicious.
I have food allergies, can I eat your meals?
All meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles a wide range of ingredients. Savvy Meals cannot guarantee that products are completely free from wheat, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, egg, sulphites, lupin, fish, or soy.
Savvy Meals does not recommend consumption of its meals for customers with food allergies.
Are your meals halal certified?
Savvy Meals uses halal-certified chicken and beef. However, the meals themselves are not halal certified as a whole, meaning the meat follows halal standards but the meals have not been certified by a governing body.
The only non-halal dish is the Braised Beef, which contains preservative-free red wine. This dish is prepared in a separate kitchen from all other meals.
