Skinless Atlantic Salmon (Fish) (29%), Cooked Basmati Rice (Water, Basmati Rice), Coconut Curry Sauce (20%) (Light Coconut Milk (Coconut Extract, Water, Organic Guar Gum), Onion, Fish Sauce, Sriracha Sauce, Curry Powder, Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ginger, Pepper, Salt), Red Capsicum, Snow Peas, Black Sesame.

Instructions:
- Simply remove cardboard sleeve.
- Slightly peel film.
- Heat in microwave for 2 - 2.5 minutes
- Allow to stand for 30 seconds,
- remove film, taking care as hot steam
may escape. - Stir well for even heat distribution.
- Enjoy.
